  • DH & Associates was started with a passion for solving real problems for our clients and the humble recognition that, as a small bespoke firm, we can’t be experts in everything. For each project we assemble a “Dream Team” that includes our own staff or external experts.

  • We recently began our Investment Banking practice by partnering with AZC Banca de Inversión, a boutique firm based in Colombia. We are currently focused on M&A deals in CPG, Pharma and Technology, and have plans to add other sectors.

People

Diego Hoic started a firm with a vision: becoming a trusted advisor to client organizations, helping them achieve their full potential by addressing a variety of business matters‘.

Prior to starting the firm he had 20 years´ experience in corporate roles ranging from General Management, Marketing and Research & Development in the United States and in Latin America.  

In that time he played significant roles in the conceptualization and execution of 20 new product launches, was granted several patents and published a dozen scientific papers.

He earned his BA from Columbia University (NYC), his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the NYU Stern School of Business and completed executive courses in Marketing at the Wharton School of Business.  

The firm serves clients in the United States and Latin America from its base in Medellin, Colombia
